山东铝业公司水泥厂 5 ,6号窑的电除尘器 ,安装了增效型、低噪音、多用途声波清灰器后 ,解决了电除尘器原来存在的电晕闭塞、排灰不畅、粉尘超标排放及碱粉结拱、灰斗蓄满、环境污染、大量碱粉流失等问题。使用声波清灰器时 ,应采用切向、间隔振打方式 ;应根据电场粉尘浓度和带电程度制定出满足不同工况的振打制度 ;振打力应均匀 ,其大小应配置应得当 ,即对高比电阻粉尘用较大的振打力 ,低比电阻粉尘用较小的振打力。因电除尘器上原来安装有机械振打装置 ,如采用声波清灰器与机械振打装置相结合的除灰方式 ,可取得最佳的除灰效果
